Supporting access to music for children: DÉMOS
DÉMOS embodies a conviction we deeply share: every child should have access to meaningful collective musical practice, regardless of social, economic, or geographic background. Through long-term orchestral learning rooted in social partnership and collective pedagogy, DÉMOS shows that artistic excellence and social inclusion go hand in hand.

Much of APK STUDIOS’ work focuses on music as a tool for education, development, and shared experience, particularly with children. Choirs, museum-based learning, and pedagogical projects all stem from the same belief: music can help children grow, not only musically, but humanly.
Supporting musicians with dignity: the Fondation Alexandre Tharaud
APK STUDIOS is also proud to support the Fondation Alexandre Tharaud, founded by Alexandre Tharaud.

Alexandre Tharaud is one of today’s most distinctive French pianists, internationally recognized for his wide-ranging repertoire, his collaborations across disciplines, and his commitment to living composers and new forms of musical expression. Alongside his artistic career, he has spoken openly about the fragility of musicians’ early professional lives, a reality that led him to create a foundation dedicated to supporting fellow artists.
The foundation provides global, individualized support to musicians, addressing not only artistic development but also administrative realities, health, mental well-being, communication, and professional stability.
A shared vision
By supporting both DÉMOS and the Fondation Alexandre Tharaud, APK STUDIOS affirms a coherent vision of the musical ecosystem, one that spans from children discovering music for the first time to professional musicians sustaining their artistic lives.
Across all our projects, we believe that music should be accessible, inclusive, and sustainable, and that supporting the conditions in which music is learned, practiced, and lived is just as importantas the music itself.
Music can teach music.
But it can also teach solidarity, confidence, and dignity.
