APK Studios is a platform bringing together musical creation, education, and cultural projects, founded by Aurélien Parent-Koenig. It develops choirs, original compositions, consulting work, and non-profit initiatives in France and internationally.

Our work is designed for children, educators, schools, museums, and cultural institutions. Some projects are open to the public, while others are developed through partnerships.

They focus on how music is selected, created, and integrated to support meaning and learning in cultural and educational settings. This can include shaping musical experiences in classrooms, museums, or public programmes, and advising institutions on how music can best serve their educational goals. The emphasis is on pedagogy, coherence, and long-term impact rather than performance alone.

Over more than fifteen years of teaching and building pedagogical curricula through music, APK Music has composed over 50 bespoke songs. These original compositions are designed to support learning — from early concepts such as colours, directions, or the solar system, to songs introducing countries and cultures around the world, often integrating musical elements drawn from different traditions.

The choir currently rehearses at two locations in Paris, one in the 7th arrondissement and one in the 16th, depending on the age group.

At the moment, the choir is based in Paris. New programs are currently being developed in the United States.
